Privacy policy

Who we are
Arrow Order is made by Innoventis Infotech. This policy covers the Android game and nothing else.
What the game sends
An anonymous account is created for you the first time you play. It is a random identifier — not your name, your email or your Google account — and it exists so your scores and any message you send us can be recognised as yours. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, we also receive the display name and player ID that Play Games gives us. Signing in is optional and the whole game works without it.
Leaderboards
When you finish a level we send your score, your highest level and your display name so the rankings can show them. Other players can see your entry. If you have not signed in, the name shown is the one the game gave you, not a real name.
If you contact support
Your message, your player identifier, your display name and the version of the app are sent to us so we can reply. Please do not include personal details in the message — we do not need them.
Crashes
If the game crashes we receive a report: your device model, Android version, app version and what the program was doing when it failed. It contains no personal information and we use it only to fix faults.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, your device is given a delivery token so reminders and announcements can reach it. You can turn notifications off in Android settings at any time and the game keeps working.
Who else sees it
Google, as our provider. Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging store the data above; Google Play Games handles sign-in and achievements; and Google AdMob serves the adverts. RevenueCat, as our purchase provider, records that an install owns the one-time purchase; we give it the same anonymous account id used above so the purchase can be restored on a new phone, and it never receives your name. Their privacy policies apply to what they hold. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
What stays on your device
Your progress, settings, streaks, boosters and what you own are stored on the device itself. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Adverts and purchases
Adverts are served by Google AdMob, which may use a device identifier to limit how often you see the same advert and to measure whether one worked. It is not your name and it does not identify you. Arrow Order Plus is a single one-time purchase: Google Play takes the payment, so we never see your card details, and RevenueCat checks the receipt and records that the account owns it so it can be restored. What we store is a yes or no.
Children
Arrow Order is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Leaderboard entries stay until you ask us to remove them. Support messages are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Crash reports expire automatically.
Your choices
You can play without signing in. You can refuse notifications. You can ask us to delete your leaderboard entry, your messages and your anonymous account by writing to support@innoventisinfotech.com — tell us your player name and we will remove them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
