Arrow Order is published by Innoventis Infotech. This page explains how to delete your Arrow Order account and the data we hold for it.
Delete from inside the game
Open Arrow Order, tap the settings button, scroll down to DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm. Your account and the data listed below are removed straight away — there is no waiting period and nothing to send us. The game then asks separately whether you also want to erase the progress saved on your phone; that part is optional and you can say no.
Delete without the game installed
If you have already uninstalled Arrow Order, email support@innoventisinfotech.com from any address with the subject Delete my account, and tell us the player name you used on the leaderboards. We will find the account and delete it. We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.
What is deleted
Your cloud save — the levels, stars and streaks backed up to your account. Every leaderboard entry, across every mode. Every support message we have sent you. Your sign-in account itself, so the identifier stops referring to anyone. All of it is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered by us or by you.
What is kept, and for how long
Messages you sent to support are kept for up to 12 months after your request. They no longer identify you once the account is gone, and we keep them only so that a complaint cannot be erased before it has been dealt with. Anonymous crash reports are kept for up to 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics and expire on their own; they contain no personal information and no identifier we can search by. Nothing else is retained.
Progress on your device
Your levels, stars, streaks and settings are also stored on the phone itself. Deleting your account does not touch them, because they are yours and are not held by us. Uninstalling Arrow Order removes them, as does the ERASE option the game offers after a deletion.
Purchases
Purchases are held by Google Play, not by us, and deleting your Arrow Order account does not cancel or refund one. Refunds are requested through Google Play.
